The hotel was cosy and the staff was very helpful. The location to attend Medica is convenient as the hotel is located close to a metro station which is well connected to Medica The shower gave either water too hot or too cold, it could not be adjusted, the price was high but I guess I booked late for Medica and was lucky to find this hotel |

This was a staff training trip to Europe and this hotel was our 11th in four countries and was the best. I often fly out of Dusseldorf and have tried to find an excellent hotel. This is it. We were delighted with the rooms, which were clean, tastefully decorated with delightful full flow hot water showers, the hotel is located just minutes from the airport (but would be a difficult drive as from any hotel to the dus airport without a Navigator). Breakfast was wonderful. The staff were excellent and kind, and the second Italian Restaurant on the right is beyond excellent. |

It was east to get to the Messe (10 min) and into town center (15 mins) how they increase the price because of the show, i can undrstand some increase but to what it went to was out of order. |
